How much does Workgroups DaVinci cost?
Pricing is based on the number of users, the size of your system and the functionality you need to accommodate your team’s workflow. Pricing also depends on whether you choose an on-premise or cloud hosted solution and the level of implementation service your team requires. Our team values the level of customization we can provide, as well as our ability to successfully fulfill the requirements of any workflow.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes, you can add modules for increased functionality at any time. Some upgrades can be made effective immediately. For custom functionality we’ll work with you to establish a development schedule.
How long is a standard contract?
Workgroups DaVinci contracts are typically 24 months but can be customized based on your team’s needs.
What is your security policy?
We take your need for security very seriously. Many of our clients use Workgroups DaVinci to manage files for products still in development or pre-launch or for proprietary work. Hosted systems utilize top of the line single tenant hosting.
